Following consultation with the political groups, the President proposed that the agenda be amended as follows, pursuant to Rule 140:

Voting time in the evening, planned to take place from 18:00 to 19:00, would be followed by the oral explanations of vote, planned to take place the following day, until 19:00, when the debates would recommence.

The agenda was thus amended.
