5. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets has examined the submission of the European Data Protection Supervisor concerning transfer of appropriations 1/2014 and decided not to raise any objection.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Euratom Supply Agency has informed the budgetary authority of internal transfers of appropriations based on budget execution of 8 September 2014.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets has examined the submission of the European Court of Auditors concerning transfer of appropriations V/AB-04/A/14, V/AB-05/A/14, V/AB-06/A/14, V/AB-07/T/14, V/AB 08/T/14, V/AB-09/A/14, V/AB-10/C/14, V/AB-11/C/14, V/AB-12/C/14, V/AB-13/T/14, V/AB-14/C/14.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets has examined the submission of the Committee of the Regions concerning transfer of appropriations INF 1/2014 and decided not to raise any objection.

In accordance with Articles 25(3) and 27 of the Financial Regulation, the European Ombudsman has informed the budgetary authority of the transfer of appropriations 3/2014.

In accordance with Article 27(1) of the Financial Regulation, the BEREC Office has informed the budgetary authority of the transfer of appropriations 1/2014.

In accordance with Article 27(1) of the Financial Regulation, the European Economic and Social Committee has informed the budgetary authority of the transfer of appropriations DEC 1/2014.

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets has approved the Commission's proposal for transfers of appropriations DEC 12/2014, DEC 13/2014, DEC 14/2014, DEC 15/2014, DEC16/2014, DEC 17/2014, DEC 30/2014.

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets has approved the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 11/2014, DEC 18/2014, DEC 19/2014, DEC 20/2014, DEC 21/2014, DEC 22/2014.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union has informed the budgetary authority of the approval of the Commission's transfers of appropriations DEC 11/2014, DEC 18/2014, DEC 19/2014, DEC 20/2014, DEC 21/2014 and DEC 22/2014.
