10. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 78)

The President announced that on Wednesday 22 October 2014, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure (00079/2014/LEX - C8-0216/2014 - 2013/0012(COD));

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2013/34/EU as regards disclosure of non-financial and diversity information by certain large undertakings and groups (00047/2014/LEX - C8-0217/2014 - 2013/0110(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species (00070/2014/LEX - C8-0218/2014 - 2013/0307(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 as regards the financing of European political parties (00068/2014/LEX - C8-0219/2014 - 2012/0336(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the statute and funding of European political parties and European political foundations (00062/2014/LEX - C8-0220/2014 - 2012/0237(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on information provision and promotion measures concerning agricultural products implemented in the internal market and in third countries and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 (00090/2014/LEX - C8-0221/2014 - 2013/0398(COD)).
