11. Transfers of appropriations
In accordance with the provisions of Article 25(1)(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had approved the submission of the Court of Justice concerning transfers of appropriations 1/2014 and 2/2014.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the European Court of Auditors had notified the Budgetary Authority of its intention to proceed with transfers of appropriations V/AB-15/C/14, V/AB-16/C/14 and V/AB-17/C/14 .
In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee of the Regions had notified the Budgetary Authority of transfers of appropriations INF 3/2014, INF 4/2014, INF 5/2014 and INF 6/2014.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Financial Regulation, the Commission had notified the Budgetary Authority of the modification in its establishment plan and of the establishment plan of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF).
In accordance with the provisions of Article 50(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had examined the submission of the Committee of the Regions concerning the proposed modification in its establishment plan and had decided not to raise any objections.
