9. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 78)

The President announced that on Wednesday 26 November 2014, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the European Union (00080/2014/LEX - C8-0261/2014 - 2013/0185(COD))

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (00091/2014/LEX - C8-0260/2014 - 2012/0169(COD)).
