13. Delegated acts (Rule 105(6))

The recommendation by the ECON Committee to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 8 October 2014 on the provisional system of instalments on contributions to cover the administrative expenditures of the Single Resolution Board during the provisional period (2014/2882(DEA)) (B8-0246/2014) had been announced in plenary the previous day (minutes of 24.11.2014, item 5).

The EFDD Group had raised an objection to this recommendation within the 24-hour time limit stipulated in Rule 105(6).

The recommendation was therefore entered on the voting list for Thursday 27 November 2014 (minutes of 27.11.2014, item 10.4).
