13. Delegated acts (Rule 105(6))

In accordance with Rule 105(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised with regard to:

the recommendation made by the ECON Committee to raise no objections to the Commission delegated regulation of 21 October 2014 supplementing Directive 2014/59/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 with regard to ex ante contributions to resolution financing arrangements (C(2014)07674 – 2014/2923(DEA)) (B8-0381/2014).

If no objections had been raised by a political group or at least 40 Members within 24 hours, the recommendation would be deemed to have been approved. If there were such objections, it would be put to the vote.
