Marisa Matias on the inadmissibility of Amendment 30.

After the vote, Jean Arthuis (Chair of the BUDG Committee).

Benedetto Della Vedova (President-in-Office of the Council)) commented that Parliament had approved the Council position on the 2015 draft budget without amendment and welcomed the result.

The President agreed with what Benedetto Della Vedova had said and made the following statement:

'The budget procedure has been completed in accordance with Article 314 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. I declare that the budget for the financial year 2015 has been definitively adopted.'
