5. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

- Protocol amending the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part, to take account of the accession to the European Union of the Republic of Croatia;

- Protocol to the Framework Agreement on comprehensive partnership and cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union;

- Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe;

- Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and the Swiss Confederation associating the Swiss Confederation to Horizon 2020– the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation and the Research and Training Programme of the European Atomic Energy Community complementing Horizon 2020, and regulating the Swiss Confederationʼs participation in the ITER activities carried out by Fusion For Energy;

- Agreement on a Sustainable Fisheries Partnership between the European Union and the Republic of Senegal;

- Protocol on the implementation of the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership between the European Union and the Republic of Senegal;

- Protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement establishing a Partnership between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Russian Federation, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union;

- Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.
