8. Amendment of the agenda

After consultation with the political groups, the President proposed to switch the two following agenda items:

- the item on the unstable situation in Libya and its consequences, currently scheduled for Thursday morning, would be taken on Wednesday afternoon;

- the item on the 28th session of the UNHRC, currently scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, would be taken on Thursday morning.

The House agreed to the changes.

The agenda was amended accordingly.


9. Composition of Parliament

Eduard-Raul Hellvig had given notice in writing of his resignation as Member of Parliament, with effect from 2 March 2015.

In accordance with Rule 4(1) and (3), Parliament had noted that the seat was vacant from that date and had informed the national authority concerned.
