7. Announcement by the President

The President Announced that the President of Parliament had taken the decision to impose a penalty on Gianluca Buonanno consisting of forfeiture of his daily subsistence allowance for a period of seven days, because he had disrupted the sitting by using insulting and provocative language.

Mr Buonanno had been informed of the decision that day.

Under Rule 167, Gianluca Buonanno had two weeks to lodge an internal appeal with the Bureau against the decision.
