Recommendation for second reading on the Council position at first reading with a view to the adoption of a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the monitoring, reporting and verification of carbon dioxide emissions from maritime transport, and amending Directive 2009/16/EC [17086/1/2014 - C8-0072/2015 - 2013/0224(COD)] - Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety.
