The President asked the EFDD Group to speak on its request for the application of Rule 191. The following spoke: Steven Woolfe on his Group's request.

The President decided to proceed to the vote on the request that the sitting be suspended.

Parliament rejected the request by electronic vote (29 in favour, 390 against, 17 abstentions).
