7. Proposal for a Union act

The President announced that he had declared admissible the proposal for a Union act tabled by Richard Sulík in accordance with Rule 46(2), on amending Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax (B8-0210/2015).

In accordance with Rule 46(3) the proposal had been referred to the ECON Committee as the committee responsible.
