7. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 78)

The President announced that since the previous part-session, together with the President of the Council, he had signed the following act adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Fund for Strategic Investments, the European Investment Advisory Hub and the European Investment Project Portal and amending Regulations (EU) No 1291/2013 and (EU) No 1316/2013 – the European Fund for Strategic Investments (00034/2015/LEX - C8-0165/2015 - 2015/0009(COD))

The President announced that on Wednesday 8 July 2015, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safeguard measures provided for in the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation (codification) (00023/2015/LEX - C8-0168/2015 - 2014/0158(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 June 2015 fixing the adjustment rate provided for in Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 for direct payments in respect of the calendar year 2015 (00027/2015/LEX - C8-0155/2015 - 2015/0070(COD)).
