17. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve the proposal presented by the European Data Protection Supervisor concerning transfer of appropriations 1/2015.

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve the transfer of appropriations DEC 15/2015, DEC 18/2015 and DEC 19/2015 by the European Commission.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had notified the budgetary authority of the approval of the transfer of appropriations DEC 18/2015 - Section III – Commission.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had notified the budgetary authority of the approval of the transfer of appropriations DEC 14/2015 - Section III – Commission.
