The final draft agenda for the September I sittings (PE 565.914/PDOJ) had been distributed and the following changes had been proposed (Rule 152):

Monday

Tuesday

Wednesday

Request from the PPE Group that the AFET Committee be consulted before changing the name of the 'Delegation for relations with the Palestinian Legislative Council' to 'Delegation for relations with Palestine'.

The following spoke: Cristian Dan Preda, on behalf of the PPE Group, to move the request, and Neoklis Sylikiotis, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request by electronic vote (152 in favour, 180 against, 42 abstentions).

Request by the PPE Group to wind up the debate on the statement by the Vice-President of the Commission and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on the situation in Belarus with the tabling of a motion for a resolution to be put to the vote on Thursday.

The following spoke: Cristian Dan Preda, on behalf of the PPE Group, to move the request, and Andrejs Mamikins, against the request.

Parliament agreed to the request by electronic vote (204 in favour, 169 against, 7 abstentions).

Tabling deadlines:

Request by the Verts/ALE Group that a statement by the Vice-President of the Commission and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on the situation in Turkey be included on the agenda for Wednesday afternoon, to be put to the vote at the September II part-session.

The following spoke: Rebecca Harms, on behalf of the Verts/ALE Group, to move the request, Takis Hadjigeorgiou, supporting the request, and Cristian Dan Preda, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request by electronic vote (153 in favour, 180 against, 36 abstentions).

The following spoke: Guy Verhofstadt, who called on the President to ensure that the President of the Council, Donald Tusk, attend the debate on 'Migrations and refugees in Europe' on Wednesday morning (the President said he had already sent an invitation to the President of the Council).
