3. Parliament's calendar of part-sessions – 2017

The Conference of Presidents, at its meeting of 10 September 2015, had adopted the draft calendar of part-sessions for the 2017 parliamentary year, which was as follows:

4. Request for the waiver of parliamentary immunity

The Polish authorities had forwarded a request to waive the parliamentary immunity of Czesław Adam Siekierski in relation to proceedings to be initiated by the Polish Road Transport Inspectorate.

Pursuant to Rule 9(1), the request had been referred to the committee responsible, the JURI Committee.
