9. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

—   Procès-verbal of Rectification to the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 21 March 2014 and 27 June 2014;

—   Procès-verbal of Rectification to the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part;

—   Procès-verbal of Rectification to the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 27 June 2014;

—   Amending Protocol to the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation providing for measures equivalent to those laid down in Council Directive 2003/48/EC on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments;

—   Additional Protocol to the Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Colombia and Peru, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union;

—   Protocol amending the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States and the Republic of Moldova, to take account of the accession to the European Union of the Republic of Croatia;

—   Second Procès-verbal of Rectification to the Economic Partnership Agreement between the Cariforum States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part.
