Pursuant to Rule 166 of the Rules of Procdure, the President had decided to take disciplinary measures against Marcel de Graaff for his behaviour during voting time at the sitting of 28 October 2015. The measures entailed stripping him of his subsistence allowance for five days. Mr de Graaff had been notified of this the day before. |
