4. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Articles 27 and 179 of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had informed the budgetary authority of the approval of transfer of appropriations DEC 46/2015 - Section III – Commission.

In accordance with Article 27 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations V/AB-01/A/16 by the Court of Auditors.

In accordance with Articles 27 and 179(2) and (3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve transfer of appropriations DEC 46/2015 by the Commission.
