19. Delegated acts (Rule 105(6))

The President made the following announcement:

a recommendation by the IMCO Committee not to raise objection to a delegated act had been announced in plenary on Tuesday 12 April 2016 (minutes of 12.4.2016, item 12).

No objections to this recommendation had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 105.

That recommendation was therefore deemed to have been approved and would be published in the Texts Adopted for the sitting of Thursday 14 April 2016.
