Pursuant to Rule 166, the President had decided on 10 March 2016 to take disciplinary measures against Nicolas Bay for having used Marine Le Pen's voting machine during the sitting of 28 October 2015 (minutes of 10 March 2016, item 5). Nicolas Bay having appealed against this decision, the Bureau had considered his appeal at its meeting of 11 April 2016 and confirmed unanimously the President's decision. The measures entailed cancelling his subsistence allowance for a period of five days. |
