3. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve the Commission's transfer of appropriations DEC 06/2016 and DEC 07/2016.

Pursuant to Article 203(5) and (7) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had not taken a decision contrary to the project concerning the conclusion of a 15-year usufruct contract for occupancy of the 'Black Pearl' and 'Merode' Buildings.

Pursuant to Article 203(5) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had not taken a decision contrary to the project to build a new laboratory building ('Wing M') at the Joint Research Centre at the Institute for Transuranium Elements in Karlsruhe in Germany.

Pursuant to Article 203(5) and (7) of the Financial Regulation and Article 88(2) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1271/2013, the Committee on Budgets had not taken a decision contrary to the project for the final premises of the seat of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control in Stockholm.
