12. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

- Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Union and the People's Republic of China pursuant to Article XXIV:6 and Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994 relating to the modification of concessions in the schedule of the Republic of Croatia in the course of its accession to the European Union;

- Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway;

- Agreement between the Kingdom of Norway and the European Union on a Norwegian financial mechanism for the period 2014-2021;

- Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland
