The JURI Committee, as the committee responsible, had notified the President that the Court of Budapest Districts II and III had ended the criminal proceedings brought against Csaba Molnár as a result of a private suit, since the plaintiffs had withdrawn their claim. This waiver of parliamentary immunity procedure had therefore been closed. |
