6. Formal sitting - Speech by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, on the conclusion of the Paris Agreement

From 12.05 to 12.20, a formal sitting of Parliament was held on the occasion of the speech by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, on the conclusion of the Paris Agreement.

The President spoke briefly, before Mr Ban's speech, about ratification by the European Union of this agreement being a historic moment.
