The President outlined the incident involving Steven Woolfe and another Member from his political group that that had taken place on Thursday, 6 October 2016 on Parliament premises. The President recalled the provisions of Rule 11(2) of the Rules of Procedure and announced that the matter had been referred to the Advisory Committee on the Conduct of Members, which would inform Parliament of the results of its deliberations.
