14. Delegated acts (Rule 105(6))

The President made the following announcement:

a recommendation by the ECON Committee not to object to the draft implementing regulation had been announced in plenary the previous day (minutes of 24.10.2016, item 8).

No objections to this recommendation had been raised within the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 105(6).

Consequently this recommendation was deemed to have been approved and would be published in the texts adopted at the sitting of Wednesday 26 October 2016.
