In agreement with the political groups, the President proposed that the agenda for Wednesday be amended as follows:

Following its adoption in the Committee on Budgets the previous evening, the report by Victor Negrescu on the mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (application from Estonia – EGF/2016/003 EE/petroleum and chemicals) (A8-0314/2016) would be put to the vote during voting time on Wednesday.

Parliament approved the proposal.

The agendas was amended accordingly.

The President said that Kaja Kallas (rapporteur) moved that the vote on the draft legislative resolution be postponed, under Rule 61(2), so that interinstitutional negotiations could entered into directly, on the basis of the mandate adopted.
