Draft delegated act for which the committee responsible had asked the Commission to make a corrigendum:

After examining the delegated act 'Delegated Regulation of the Commission establishing a discard plan for certain demersal fisheries in the North Sea and in Union waters of ICES Division IIa – C(2016)6272', the Committee on Fisheries had asked the Commission to make a corrigendum to Article 3 of the proposed text:

'Notwithstanding Article 1, the obligation to land catches of cod pursuant to this Regulation shall apply only if Regulation (EC) No 1342/2008 or Chapter III thereof is repealed prior to 1 January 2017.'

The words 'prior to 1 January 2017 ' should be replaced by 'with effect from 1 January 2017'.
