The final draft agenda for the November I 2016 sittings (PE 593.806/PDOJ) had been distributed and the following changes had been proposed (Rule 152):

Request from the ECR Group for the amendment of the title of the Statement by the Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy from 'Situation in the West Bank, including settlements' (Item 95 of the final draft agenda) to 'Challenges in the Middle East peace process'.

The following spoke: Zdzisław Krasnodębski, on behalf of the ECR Group, to move the request, and Marita Ulvskog, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request by electronic vote (156 in favour, 172 against, 15 abstentions).

Request by the Verts/ALE and GUE/NGL Groups for the inclusion as a sixth item on the afternoon's agenda, after the debate on the report by Anna Elżbieta Fotyga (A8-0290/2016), of the Council and Commission statements concerning the opinion by the Court of Justice on the compatibility with the Treaties of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.

The following spoke: Heidi Hautala, on behalf of the Verts/ALE Group, to move the request, Anne-Marie Mineur, in favour of the request, and Daniel Caspary, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request by roll-call vote (170 in favour, 184 against, 9 abstentions).
