5. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve transfers DEC 31/2016, DEC 36/2016, DEC 37/2016, DEC 38/2016 and DEC 39/2016 by the Commission - Section III - Commission

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations V/AB-13/T/16 by the European Court of Auditors

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations INF 8/2016 by the Court of Justice

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations INF 3/2016 by the European External Action Service
