The final draft agenda for the March II 2017 sittings (PE 600.410/PDOJ) had been distributed and the following changes had been proposed (Rule 149a):
Thursday With the agreement of the political groups, the President proposed that the debate on ‘Sudan, the cases of Hassan Abduraheem and Abdulmonen Abdumawla’(item 80 on the draft agenda) be replaced by a debate on ‘Zimbabwe, the case of Pastor Evan Mawarire’.
Parliament approved the proposal.
Monday Request by the ENF Group to add, as the first item on the agenda, a statement by the Vice President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on ‘Wikileaks revelations on hacking tools used by the CIA’.

Parliament rejected the request.
The following spoke: Kristina Winberg, to request the cancellation of the vote on Control of the acquisition and possession of weapons (Report Vicky Ford - A8-0251/2016) (item 35 on the draft agenda) (the President pointed out that the request had not been submitted in time), and Beatrix von Storch, on the title of the item listed on the agenda for Thursday afternoon as ‘Major interpellations’ (item 87 on the draft agenda) (the President confirmed that the title had been agreed by the Conference of Presidents).
Tuesday Request by the GUE/NGL Group to add a statement by the Vice President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on ‘Continuing demolition of houses and structures owned by Palestinians’, as the third item on the agenda for that afternoon, after her statement on ‘EU priorities for the UN Human Rights Council sessions in 2017’(item 83 on the draft agenda).

Parliament rejected the request by roll-call vote (174 for, 177 against, 16 abstentions).
