11. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 78)

The President announced that on Wednesday, 13 September 2017, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the introduction of temporary autonomous trade measures for Ukraine supplementing the trade concessions available under the Association Agreement (00033/2017/LEX - C8-0302/2017 - 2016/0308(COD));

- Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on providing macro-financial assistance to the Republic of Moldova (00027/2017/LEX - C8-0301/2017 - 2017/0007(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the cross-border exchange between the Union and third countries of accessible format copies of certain works and other subject matter protected by copyright and related rights for the benefit of persons who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise print-disabled (00024/2017/LEX - C8-0246/2017 - 2016/0279(COD));

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain permitted uses of certain works and other subject matter protected by copyright and related rights for the benefit of persons who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise print disabled and amending Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society (00023/2017/LEX - C8-0245/2017 - 2016/0278(COD));

- Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Decision No 445/2014/EU establishing a Union action for the European Capitals of Culture for the years 2020 to 2033 (00025/2017/LEX - C8-0244/2017 - 2016/0186(COD)).
