9. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 78)

The President announced that on Wednesday, 25 October 2017, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure.

He announced that document 00022/2017/LEX would be signed using the new electronic signing system.

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning measures to safeguard the security of gas supply and repealing Regulation (EU) No 994/2010 (00022/2017/LEX - C8-0357/2017 - 2016/0030(COD))
