— Draft amendments to the appropriations in Section III of the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2018, concerning the Commission;
— Draft amendments to the appropriations in Sections I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2018, concerning the European Parliament, the Council, the Court of Justice, the European Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions, the Ombudsman, the European Data Protection Supervisor and the European External Action Service.
Under the provisions of the Treaties, draft amendments require for adoption the votes of a majority of the Members of the European Parliament.

Siegfried Mureşan (rapporteur) had moved the following technical modifications, in accordance with the vote in the BUDG Committee:
Line 09 04 77 05 - Amendment 1735: the final level of payments would be read as EUR 1 250 000; Line 24 01 07 - Amendment 1838: the final total amounts, including the 10% reserve, would be at the level of the draft budget. Parliament had approved these modifications.
After the vote:
Märt Kivine (President-in-Office of the Council) had noted the differences between Parliament's position and the Council's position and given approval for convening the Conciliation Committee pursuant to Article 314, paragraph 4, subparagraph c) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
