The following spoke: Tanja Fajon, on behalf of the S&D Group, after the vote on the proposal to reject the Commission's proposal, to request, in accordance with Rule 59(3), that the amendments be put to the vote before the vote on the provisional agreement, and Agustín Díaz de Mera García Consuegra (rapporteur) to oppose that request.
