2. Negotiations ahead of Parliament's first reading (consent) (Rule 69c)

The President announced that no requests had been received from political groups or Members reaching at least the medium threshold regarding the decisions to enter into interinstitutional negotiations recorded in the minutes of Monday, 15 January 2018 (minutes of 15.1.2018, item 7).

The LIBE Committee had therefore been able to start the negotiations after the expiry of the deadline set out in paragraph 2 of Rule 69c.
