12. Delegated acts (Rule 105(6))

In accordance with Rule 105(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised with regard to:

- The recommendation of the JURI Committee to raise no objections to the Commission Delegated Regulation of 5 March 2018 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union trade mark, and repealing Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/1430 (C(2018)01231; 2018/2618(DEA)) (B8-0187/2018).

If this recommendation was not opposed by a political group or by a number of Members reaching at least the low threshold within 24 hours, it would be deemed approved. If not, it would be put to the vote.

The recommendation would be available on Europarl for the duration of the current part-session.
