DECISION TO ENTER INTO INTERINSTITUTIONAL NEGOTIATIONS

The President announced that the GUE/NGL Group had withdrawn its request for a vote and noted that no other request had been made. The Commission's decision to enter into negotiations was therefore removed from voting time, in accordance with the second sub-paragraph of Rule 69(c)(2).
