11. Corrigenda (Rule 231)

La LIBE Committee had submitted the following corrigenda to the texts adopted by the European Parliament:

- Corrigendum P7_TA(2014)0212(COR01) to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88) - (position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 12 March 2014 with a view to the adoption of the above-mentioned Regulation P7_TA(2014)0212) (COM(2012)0011 – C7-0025/2012 – 2012/0011(COD) - LIBE Committee)

- Corrigendum P8_TA(2016)0126(COR01) to Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or the execution of criminal penalties, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Council Framework Decision 2008/977/JHA (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 89-131) (position of the European Parliament adopted at second reading on 14 April 2016 with a view to the adoption of the above-mentioned Directive P8_TA(2016)0126) (05418/1/2016 – C8-0139/2016 – 2012/0010(COD) - LIBE Committee)

In accordance with Rule 231( 4), these corrigenda were deemed approved unless, within 24 hours, a request was made by a political group or Members reaching at least the low threshold that they be put to the vote.

The corrigenda would be available on Europarl throughout the current part-session.
