Monika Panayotova (President-in-Office of the Council) made the statement.

The President gave a brief statement recalling that Parliament had already adopted its position on the reform of the Dublin Regulation ('Dublin IV' negotiations).

Frans Timmermans (First Vice-President of the Commission) made the statement.

The President referred to his previous speech and called on the President-in-Office of the Council to ensure that the European Council yielded tangible results on the migration crisis and the reform of the 'Dublin Regulation'.
