The following spoke: Andrejs Mamikins, on behalf of the S&D Group, Ryszard Czarnecki, on behalf of the ECR Group, who also replied to a blue-card question by Andrejs Mamikins, Ivan Jakovčić, on behalf of the ALDE Group, Jean-Luc Schaffhauser, on behalf of the ENF Group, Ivan Jakovčić, who protested at the fact that no Commission representative was present, and Andrejs Mamikins, to put a blue-card question to Jean-Luc Schaffhauser, who answered it (the President would send the question about the conduct of the debates on major interpellations to the President of Parliament).
