The LIBE Committee had forwarded the following corrigendum to a text adopted by Parliament:
- Corrigendum P8_TA(2017)0411(COR01) to Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2017 establishing an Entry/Exit System (EES) to register entry and exit data and refusal of entry data of third-country nationals crossing the external borders of the Member States and determining the conditions for access to the EES for law enforcement purposes, and amending the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement and Regulations (EC) No 767/2008 and (EU) No 1077/2011 (OJ L 327, 9.12.2017, p. 20.) (position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 25 October 2017 with a view to the adoption of the above regulation P8_TA(2017)0411- (COM(2016)0194 – C8-0135/2016 – 2016/0106(COD) - LIBE Committee)
In accordance with Rule 231(4), this corrigendum would be deemed approved unless, not later than 24 hours after its announcement, a request was made by a political group or at least 40 Members that it be put to the vote.
The corrigendum would be available on Europarl for the remainder of the current part-session.
