24. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 31(6) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had notified the budgetary authority of the approval of transfer of appropriations DEC 19/2018 - Section III – Commission;

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations INF 1/2018 – European External Action Service;

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations N3/2018 – European Ombudsman;

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations INF 2/2018 – Committee of the Regions;

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to approve transfers of appropriations DEC 19/2018 and DEC 20/2018 by the European Commission - Section III – Commission;

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided to raise no objection to transfer of appropriations V/AB-10/C/18 – European Court of Auditors.
