12. Sakharov Prize 2018 (announcement of the winner)

The President announced that the Conference of Presidents of the political groups had decided to award the 2018 Sakharov Prize to the Ukrainian film-maker Oleg Sentsov.

The award ceremony would be held during the December 2018 part-session in Strasbourg.
