The final draft agenda for the November I 2018 (PE 630.251/PDOJ) sittings had been distributed and the following changes had been proposed (Rule 149a):

The following spoke: Ana Miranda, Sajjad Karim, José Blanco López, Notis Marias and Piernicola Pedicini (the President gave clarifications).

Wednesday

After having consulted the political groups, The President proposed the following change:

- The statement by the Vice-President of the Commission / High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on 'The case of Asia Bibi and the situation of religious minorities in Pakistan' (item 78 on the final draft agenda) should be held over until a later part-session.

Parliament approved the proposal.

Monday

Request from the ECR Group to include as a fourth item on the agenda Council and Commission statements on 'Albania: in particular the case of violation of the rights of the Greek ethnic minority in Northern Epirus and the murder of Konstantinos Katsifas'. The debate would be wound up with the tabling of motions for resolutions, which would be put to the vote on Thursday.

The following spoke: Notis Marias, on behalf of the ECR Group, to move the request, (the President to request clarifications from Notis Marias, who replied), and Knut Fleckenstein, on behalf of the S&D Group, against the request.

Parliament rejected the request by roll-call vote (48 in favour, 208 against, 200 abstentions).
