10. Proposal for a Union act

The President announced that the following proposal for a Union act had been declared admissible in accordance with Rule 46(2):

—   Proposal for a Union act tabled by Nicola Caputo, Annie Schreijer-Pierik, Frédérique Ries, Biljana Borzan, Miroslav Mikolášik, José Inácio Faria, Margrete Auken, Rory Palmer, Kateřina Konečná and Guillaume Balas, on enhancing plasma collection in the European Union (B8-0591/2018).

In accordance with Rule 46(2) the proposal had been referred to the ENVI Committee as the committee responsible.
