Report on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Defence Fund [COM(2018)0476 - C8-0268/2018 - 2018/0254(COD)] - Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. Rapporteur: Zdzisław Krasnodębski (A8-0412/2018)
